As a board, we recognize that our association has faced challenges over the years, and we understand the concerns that have been voiced about how situations have been handled. Our goal moving forward is to create an environment where every family, coach, and player feels heard, valued, and treated with fairness.

We want to personally assure you that our leadership is committed to transparency, accountability, and open communication. If you have questions, concerns, or feedback though out the season whether about coaching, team dynamics, policies, or any other aspect of the program, we want to hear from you. Most importantly, we want you to feel confident that speaking up will never result in negative consequences for your child. Every player deserves the opportunity to grow, develop, and enjoy the game of softball in a positive and supportive environment.

We know firsthand the countless hours that go into making this association successful. Many of us have dedicated years to building and improving this program because we genuinely care about the players and their experiences.  We ask for your partnership in continuing to push this organization forward, strengthening trust, and making Big Lake Fastpitch a place we can all be proud of.
