2024 Travel Evaluations
Saturday, March 2, 2024 – High School Gymnasium
TIMES are officially set!!! Changing up a little bit this year and moving 10s to evaluate first.
Schedule
10U: 9:00 AM - 10:15 AM
10U and 12U Pitching: 10:15 AM - 11:30 AM
12U: 11:30AM-12:45 PM
14U:1:00-2:00 PM
14U Pitching: 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM
16U: 2:15 PM - 3:00 PM
16U Pitching: 2:45 PM - 3:30 PM
*PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE YOUR $225 VOLUNTEER CHECK FILLED OUT PRIOR TO TRYOUTS SO THAT WE CAN SAVE SOME TIME.
There will be jerseys available for trying on. After trying on, you will need to remember your size and will be directly at a later date to an ordering site/store to purchase what is required. 10U and above will use the number that was assigned to them last year but 8U will be given their number prior to ordering jerseys along with the site location. This will be sent via e-mail.
16U/HS team will be required to order at least one new uniform so all members match.
Playing Up
If your daughter would like to try out to play up to a higher level of play for the 2024 Season, your request must be made in writing via email to Aaron Mevissen ([email protected]) by Tuesday, February 27, 2024. In addition, she will be required to evaluate at both age groups - at her age level as well as the desired playing up level. The evaluation schedule will be posted soon for your reference.

- PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ADD CURRENT JERSEY NUMBER INTO COMMENTS DURING REGISTRATION.
- IF PURCHASING NEW JERSEY, ADD TOP (3) PICKS FOR NUMBERS.

- In an effort to streamline the registration process at tryouts, all payments are due at time of registration. You will not see any extra fees for paying online with the new platform.
- You will be required to pay with a Credit or Debit card.
- We will be taking checks only for the volunteer portion of payment this year.
Key information for Registration this year to be aware of:
- Fees will be the same as last year @ $230.
- Can't pay in full right away?
- We have added an option for you to pay a deposit of $80 to hold your spot in registration for all levels
- This deposit will only be refunded in case of inability to form a team - all other reasons will be non-refundable
- The remaining balance will be due at the time of evaluations on March 2nd
- This will help us know what our numbers for evaluation will be sooner so we will know number of teams, coaches, etc.
- Every team will be getting a $900 allowance to sign up for tournaments (additional tournaments may need to be signed up for as well but will need to be paid for by the team)
- In addition to Big West league play
- New 10's and 12's will be required to purchase a jersey.
14's will only need to purchase them if more than half of the team needs one due to purchasing a new size.
You will get a sleeveless, home and away jersey for $60.
Volunteer Hours:
- $225 Volunteer Check Deposit, (8) hours of time.
- Once hours are completed, check will be destroyed.
- We will be putting in for (2) state qualifier tournaments, and (2) state tournaments at the end of the year.
- Please keep these weekends in mind:
- June 22-23 10U/12U Qualifier
- June 29-30 10U/12U State
- July 13-14 14/HS Qualifier
- July 20-21 14U/HS State
- We will also have various opportunities available throughout the season.
- Putting up and tearing down of dugout wraps.
- Putting up and tearing down of adverting signs at the 4-plex.
- End of Season cleanup at the Shed and Concession Stand
- The association will give you every opportunity to work your volunteer hours. Please reach out to a board member with any questions regarding this. This will also be covered at our parent meeting before the season.
